On December 21, we held an incredibly insightful and practical session with family doctor Anastasiia Sorokolat.
Together, we explored:

✔️ How evening habits, nutrition, and environment impact sleep quality.
✔️ Practical techniques to help fall asleep faster and restore energy more efficiently.
Additionally, we held a raffle for a personal consultation with a family doctor among the participants.
