Representatives of the NGO "Divergent Woman" participated in the meeting of the "Coalition 1325. Kirovohrad Region" held in Kropyvnytskyi!
On February 26, 2025, a regular session of the "Coalition 1325. Kirovohrad Region" was held in the small hall of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.
Representatives of our non-governmental organization "Divergent Woman", the heads of the branches in Kropyvnytskyi and Svitlovodsk, joined the discussion of important issues related to the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 on "Women, Peace, and Security."
During the meeting, the following matters were addressed:
• Introduction of new coalition members and the process of joining the coalition.
• Presentation of preliminary results from the monitoring of the implementation of the regional Action Plan 1325 for 2024.
• Report by the Kropyvnytskyi City Council on the implementation of the Local Action Plan 1325.
• Presentation of projects supported by the Ukrainian Women’s Fund aimed at advancing the implementation of Resolution 1325.
We are proud that our representatives have the opportunity to participate in such significant events, where critical issues concerning the protection of women's rights and their role in promoting peace and security are discussed.
